KNX/bus 2P 0.8mm

Conductor: The conductor is made of bare copper with a solid diameter of 0.8 mm, arranged as twisted pairs (2 pairs) colored red-black and yellow-white.

Insulation and Shielding: Insulation material is high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a diameter of 1.6 mm. The cable includes an internal PET tape shield layer, a solid 1×0.6 mm copper drain wire, and an external aluminum foil shield.

Jacket and Construction: The jacket is made from LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) material, green in color, with an external diameter of 7.2 mm ± 0.2 mm.

Electrical & Physical Characteristics: The cable has a voltage rating of 300V, maximum conductor resistance of 33.7 Ω/km at 20℃, withstands insulated core voltage test of 2.0 kV for 5 minutes without breakdown, and finished cable voltage test of 4.0 kV for 5 minutes without breakdown. The jacket has a maximum tensile strength of 13.2 N/mm², and the cable operates in temperatures from -10℃ to +70℃. It meets KNX/EIB DIN VDE 0815 standards.
