Conductor: Solid Bare Copper, 23AWG, Ф0.57 ± 0.02 mm.

Insulation: Made of HDPE with diameter Ф1.02 ± 0.02 mm, thickness 0.223 mm, and includes a Cross PE Separator for enhanced performance.

Jacket: Constructed from PVC with diameter Ф5.9 ± 0.02 mm and thickness 0.55 mm. Color is optional and customized printing is available.

Electrical Characteristics: Conductor resistance is less than 9.5 Ω per 100 meters at 20℃. Insulation resistance is at least 100MΩ·km at 20℃, with resistance unbalance below 5%. It withstands a dielectric test of 1000V DC for 1 minute without breakdown and has a voltage rating of 30V.

Mechanical and Performance Properties: The jacket’s tensile strength is at least 17.995 MPa, with elongation of 280% or more. The cable supports transmission frequencies up to 250 MHz and operates reliably between -20℃ and +75℃. It complies with ISO/IEC 11801 and EIA/TIA 568B standards.
